The Builder Behind the Work

Andy Mull began as a carpenter’s helper in the summer of 1981 in New Jersey, working for a framing subcontractor. After graduating from college he began his own framing business in central Pennsylvania for two years, before transitioning to general contracting, building homes in the Dillsburg and Mechanicsburg areas. Over those years, he learned that the quality of a home depends as much on what lies behind the walls as on what you see when the work is finished.

Today, as owner and general contractor of Mull Construction, Andy brings that experience to custom homes in the Midlands of South Carolina. He stays closely involved from planning through the final walkthrough, working with trusted tradespeople and taking personal responsibility for the work.

Mull Construction is built around creating lasting homes and lasting relationships. For Andy, that means listening carefully, communicating honestly, and giving each home the attention it deserves.
