Custom Homes. Built to Last.
Four decades of building experience. One commitment: building your home the right way.
Mull Construction builds distinctive custom homes in the Midlands of South Carolina with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship, personal attention, and integrity from the ground up.
Experience You Can Build On
For more than 40 years, Andrew B. Mull has been involved in building homes and managing residential construction. Today, Mull Construction brings that experience to a select number of custom homes, allowing Andy to remain personally involved throughout the building process.
We believe an exceptional home begins long before the finishes are installed. It begins with sound construction, careful planning, trusted tradespeople, and attention to the details that will matter for decades.
A Personal Approach to Custom Building
Building a custom home is a significant investment. It should also be an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
At Mull Construction, you’ll work directly with the builder. From the early planning stages through construction and completion, our goal is straightforward: communicate clearly, build carefully, and treat your home as though our own name were going on it.
Because it is.

Review
Pete and Melinda
Andy took our often inchoate ideas and made them a reality often with surprising little aesthetic touches that we never would have thought of – the interior trim, front porch and back deck for example. He has numerous contacts tested over many years that produce the highest quality of sound and sturdy craftsmanship. He worked within our budget and stretched every dollar. We couldn’t be happier! “Unless the Lord build the house . . .”
